All repairs sent to IntelligentUAS must have this form completed in order to be checked in. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to IntelligentUAS for service, as well as from IntelligentUAS for return. IntelligentUAS has a fixed $85/hr repair fee for all repairs. An estimate will be given as quickly as possible after receiving the package to our facility. Once appropriate parts and prices have been approved by the customer, we will proceed to finish you copter. Typical repairs take 7 business days. Once completed an invoice will be sent by email for payment of the full repair as well as shipping fees. If there are any technical issues within 5 days after receiving your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the invoice email.
Please note that this is NOT for warranty repair claim for the following copters: Inspire 1, Inspire 1 Pro, Phantom 3, Phantom 2, S900, S1000+, Matrice, DJI Ronin. If you think your copter is covered under DJI Warranty and you have received the items for more than 10 days, please contact DJI Warranty Center directly to get the necessary warranty you desire.
